Advent/Christmas Poinsettias

If you wish to contribute for poinsettias to enhance our worship area, please fill out the form below and mail/drop off/online give your $10.50 donation to CUMC by Sunday November 3rd.

If you are picking up your poinsettia from the Roseville campus, please do so after the 5:00pm service on Christmas Eve or during the following week. If picking up from St. Anthony Park, please do so after the 3:00pm service on Christmas Eve.
Donations will be listed in Christmas Eve bulletins.

Make checks payable to CUMC, marked Advent Poinsettias. If dropping or mailing the check please drop it off at our Roseville Campus (1524 W County Rd. C2, Roseville, MN) and put it into Annika McClintock's mailbox or address to Annika McClintock. *do not drop this into the offering plate
