Centennial UMW Fall Open House Potluck dinner:

Centennial United Methodist Women will be hosting a Fall Open House Potluck dinner on Thursday, September 7th at 5:30 in the Lounge.  The program will be a brief overview of the three 2017-18 UMW study topics-U.S. Missionary Conferences, Living as a Covenant Community, and Climate Justice. All women in church are welcome to attend.   If you are considering joining a Circle, this is a great opportunity to explore that option. Questions? Save the Date-UMW God's Closet Drive

October 14-15 | Roseville Campus

As fall approaches and you are sorting through fall and winter clothing, please mark your calendars for Oct 14th-15th when Centennial UMW members will be collecting for God's Closet, an East St. Paul ministry of Epworth UMC/Woodbury Peaceful Grove UMC serving those in poverty.   Gently used fall and winter clothing and household goods such as towels, bedding, dishes and more are always needed. If you find yourself in need of someone who can listen well and provide a comforting presence in your life, we have Congregational Caregivers and trained BeFrienders who are ready to be with you through conversation and presence. When we are unable to meet someone's needs, we primarily partner with Keystone Community Services:

 

Food Shelves

Keystone is able to provide monthly food service to residents within the Keystone service area, and a one-time emergency food service for anyone, regardless of residency. Food shelves are open for services Monday through Friday, 10a-12p and 1-4p at these locations:

Crisis Assistance

Intensive Case Management

Keystone provides comprehensive case management services for students and their families. Community social workers offer families support while helping them achieve family functioning goals. Services are offered to families with students in the Mounds View, Roseville, North St. Paul/Maplewood/Oakdale, and White Bear Lake school districts. Please not that services are also available to parents with children enrolled in pre-school services (Help Me Grow, ECFE)

 

For families with children in the Roseville school District: Parents please contact their child's school social worker for a referral to Keystone. The school social worker and Keystone Community Social Worker will determine if a referral for intensive case management is appropriate.
